Privacy Policy
- Collection of Personal Data
1.1 Definition of Personal Data
This Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use this website. Personal data refers to any information that can directly or indirectly identify you, including but not limited to your name, contact address, email address, mobile phone number, browsing history, order information, and user behavior data. We clarify the data processing procedures through this Policy and strictly comply with the legal obligations stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU data protection laws.
1.2 Data Controller
The data controller is HushDen Company, which is responsible for the collection, storage, and processing of personal data and assumes the primary responsibility for data protection.
- Processing of Personal Data When Visiting the Website
When you use this website solely for information retrieval purposes (i.e., browsing only, no registration or provision of additional information), we will process the personal data automatically transmitted by your browser to our servers. The following data is technically necessary—only by processing such data can we ensure the normal loading of the website, content display, and system stability:
(A) IP address (used to identify the network location of the accessing device and ensure service availability);
(B) Date and time of the request (used to record access sequences and troubleshoot system anomalies);
(C) Request content (i.e., the URL of the page you visited, used to analyze page access popularity);
(D) Data volume of each transmission (used to optimize server bandwidth configuration);
(E) Browser type and version (used to adapt to the display format of different browsers and improve the browsing experience).
- Other Functions and Services of the Website
3.1 Overview of Services
In addition to information browsing, we also provide optional services such as account registration, online shopping, and order inquiry. Meanwhile, we optimize the sales process (e.g., payment method selection) and enhance service quality through advertising promotion and user behavior analysis (see Chapters 4 and 5 below for details). When using the aforementioned services, you need to proactively provide necessary personal data. We only collect data directly related to the performance of services and adhere to the "principle of minimality"—no collection of irrelevant additional information. The collection of personal data is not the primary or sole purpose of this website; the core goal is to provide you with more accurate and convenient services.
3.2 Engagement of External Service Providers
Some services require the assistance of external service providers (e.g., payment settlement, logistics delivery). We strictly screen service providers to ensure they meet EU data protection standards. Currently, our core cooperative service providers include: payment service providers (e.g., PayPal, Visa), logistics service providers (e.g., UPS), and technical service providers (e.g., SHOPLINE). All service providers are required to sign data processing agreements, be bound by our instructions, undergo regular data compliance audits, and are prohibited from using data for purposes other than those specified in the agreements.
3.3 Participation of Other Third Parties
If we jointly carry out promotional activities (e.g., co-branded discounts, holiday promotion events), competitions, or contract signing services with partners, we may share some of your personal data with partners (e.g., your name and contact information for event notifications or contract performance). Before such sharing, we will ensure that partners have the ability to protect data and clearly define the scope and purpose of data sharing; when you participate in relevant services, you can also view third-party information through service descriptions and independently decide whether to provide data.
3.4 Third Parties Outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
If our service providers or partners are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) (e.g., PayPal in the United States, SHOPLINE in China), we will ensure that data transmission complies with GDPR requirements through "EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)". Meanwhile, we will clearly inform you of the destination, purpose, and protection measures of data transmission in the service descriptions, and you can contact us at any time to obtain relevant contract documents.
- Processing of Personal Data When Contacting Us or Registering an Account
4.1 Data Processing When Contacting Us
When you contact us via email or the website contact form, we will store the email address, name, and phone number (if you proactively provide it) that you provide. The retention period is "1 year after the resolution of the communication matter". This data is only used to respond to your inquiries and handle your requests (e.g., complaints, suggestions) and will not be used for other purposes.
4.2 Data Processing When Registering an Account
When you register a customer account, you need to voluntarily provide the following information (all are necessary for the service, no redundant requirements):
(A) Name (including title, if applicable) or username (used for account identification);
(B) Login information: email address (used as the login account for identity verification and password retrieval) and the password you set yourself (we will store the password in encrypted form to ensure security);
(C) Contact information: mailing address (used for order delivery), phone number (used for logistics notifications), and email address (used for order confirmation and service updates);
(D) Other information: such as your shopping preferences (optional, used for personalized recommendations), which is not mandatory.
- Processing of Personal Data When Shopping on This Website
5.1 Collection of Shopping Information
When you place an order in our online store, we will collect shopping data related to order fulfillment, including:
(A) Details of purchased products: product name, model, quantity, unit price, and total price (used for order confirmation and financial settlement);
(B) Order number (automatically generated by the system, used for you to check the order status and for us to handle after-sales issues);
(C) Delivery address and billing address (if they are different, both need to be provided for accurate delivery and invoice issuance);
(D) Delivery and payment status: such as "paid", "shipped", "delivered", "refund in progress", etc. (used to synchronize the order progress in real time, which you can check through your account);
(E) Communication records related to shopping: such as the content of conversations where you request order modifications or return applications through customer service (used to trace the service process and protect your rights);
(F) Return status: such as "return application in progress", "return received", "refund issued" (used to clarify the nodes of the after-sales process);
(G) Information about relevant service providers: such as the waybill number of the logistics company (used for you to track the logistics status) and the transaction serial number of the payment service provider (used to verify the payment status).
5.2 Processing of Payment Information
We provide a variety of secure payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal, and bank transfers (optional). To complete the payment, we will collect your payment-related information, but we will not store sensitive information such as complete credit card numbers—sensitive payment data is directly processed by third-party payment service providers (e.g., Visa, PayPal). We only obtain the payment result (e.g., "payment successful", "transaction failed") and necessary transaction certificates (e.g., serial numbers).
Specific payment information includes:
(A) Billing address (bound to the credit card or payment account, used for payment identity verification);
(B) Preferred payment method (e.g., "default to PayPal payment", used to optimize the subsequent payment process);
(C) IBAN code and BIC code (only required for bank transfers, used to locate the receiving account);
(D) Credit card information (only the last 4 digits of the card number and the validity period are collected to identify the credit card type; the complete card number is encrypted and processed by the payment service provider).
In addition, external payment service providers may collect information for identity verification (e.g., when you use PayPal to pay, PayPal will verify your account login status). For the data processing rules of relevant service providers, please refer to their privacy policies (e.g., PayPal Privacy Policy: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full).
- Cookies and Related Technologies
6.1 General Description of Cookies
We may use technologies such as cookies, web tags, and web beacons to automatically collect information related to your use of this service. The code snippets generated by such technologies are only used to identify devices or browsers and usually do not directly associate with your real identity. If required by law (e.g., GDPR), we will obtain your consent through the cookie banner at the bottom of the website when you first visit. You can click the "Manage Cookies" link at any time to adjust the scope of consent (e.g., only allow necessary cookies and reject advertising cookies) or withdraw existing consent.
6.2 Definition and Purpose of Cookies
Cookies are small text files transmitted by the website or its service providers to the hard drive of your device through the browser. They can help the system identify your browser and record your usage habits, thereby improving service efficiency. The cookies we use are divided into the following four categories, each with a clear purpose and not used for irrelevant scenarios:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are necessary for the operation of the service, such as login status cookies (to ensure you can normally access your account page after logging in) and shopping cart cookies (to save the products you added). Without such cookies, some core functions (e.g., shopping, account inquiry) cannot be used, and they cannot be disabled.
- Functional Cookies: Used to record your personalized preferences, such as language preferences (default display in English or Chinese) and page display ratio (default adaptation to computer or mobile phone screens). Disabling such cookies will invalidate personalized settings but will not affect the use of core services.
- Performance/Analytics Cookies: Used to collect passive data about your use of the service (e.g., page loading time, access sequence, bounce rate). They are only used to optimize website performance (e.g., improving pages with slow loading speeds) and analyze user behavior trends (e.g., which product pages have high access rates). They are not associated with personal identity and can be disabled through browser settings.
- Advertising/Targeting Cookies: Used to optimize the relevance of advertisements, such as avoiding repeated display of the same advertisement and recommending product advertisements based on your browsing history (e.g., if you have browsed the clothing category, you may see clothing-related advertisements). These cookies are provided by third-party advertising service providers (e.g., Google, Facebook) and can be disabled through browser settings or the preference pages of advertising service providers.
6.3 Your Right to Choose
You can manage cookies through the following methods to independently control the scope of data collection:
- Browser Settings: In the "Settings - Privacy and Security" menu of most browsers (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox), you can choose to "Block All Cookies", "Only Allow Necessary Cookies", or "Delete Stored Cookies". The browser's "Help" function will provide detailed operation guides (e.g., Chrome Cookie Settings Guide: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647).
- Notes: If you disable all cookies, it may cause issues such as loss of shopping cart items, inability to log in to your account, and inaccurate advertisement display; if you only disable advertising cookies, it will not affect the use of core services, but only reduce the relevance of advertisements.
6.4 Web Beacons
Web beacons (also known as "transparent pixels" or "tracking pixels") are tiny image codes embedded in web pages or emails. When you visit a page or open an email, the beacon will automatically send a signal to the server to record relevant behavioral data. The scenarios where we use web beacons include:
- Marketing Campaign Analysis: Such as recording whether you clicked on an advertisement page or opened a promotional email, used to evaluate advertising effectiveness (e.g., the click-through rate of a certain type of advertisement);
- Service Usage Tracking: Such as recording whether you completed the filling of the order payment page or viewed the return policy page, used to optimize the service process (e.g., simplifying payment steps).
The data collected by web beacons is only behavioral records (e.g., "clicked on the advertisement on October 29, 2025") and is not associated with your personal identity information such as name or mobile phone number.
6.5 Data Analytics Services
We entrust Google Analytics to provide data analytics services. This service collects website access data (e.g., page views, access duration, device type) through cookies to generate user behavior reports and help us improve website functions and service experiences. The data collected by Google Analytics complies with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en), and we have enabled the "Data Anonymization" function (the last segment of the IP address will be masked) to ensure that the data is not associated with personal identity.
If you wish to refuse data collection by Google Analytics, you can install the "Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on" (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). This add-on will prevent the browser from transmitting data to Google Analytics without affecting your use of other website functions.
6.6 Behavioral Retargeting
To provide you with more relevant advertising services, we will use "behavioral retargeting" technology to display our product or service advertisements to you on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Search, Facebook, Bing) after you visit this website. The specific implementation method is: grouping you based on your behaviors on this website (e.g., browsing a certain product, adding to cart but not paying) to generate interest tags, and then matching the tags through the advertising service provider's platform to display corresponding advertisements, avoiding pushing irrelevant content to you.
The current advertising service providers we cooperate with and their advertising management methods are as follows:
- Google Ads: Provided by Google LLC. You can manage advertisement displays (e.g., turning off personalized advertisements, viewing advertising interest tags) through the Google Ads Preference Settings page (https://www.google.com/settings/ads); if you do not want to receive Google Ads, you can also select "Opt out of Ads Personalization" through this page. The data controller of Google Ads is Google Ireland Limited (Address: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), and its parent company is Google LLC (Address: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Its data processing complies with GDPR requirements.
- Bing Ads: Operated by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Address: One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland), and its parent company is Microsoft Corporation (Address: One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington 98052, USA). You can adjust advertising settings through the Microsoft Ads Preference Center (https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings/); Bing Ads will record your browsing behaviors (e.g., visited pages, stay time) through cookies for advertising targeting. The collected data will be transmitted to Microsoft's servers in the United States, but compliance is ensured through "EU Standard Contractual Clauses". If you do not agree to data collection, you can reject "Advertising Cookies" through the website's cookie banner.
- Facebook Ads: Launched through the business tools of Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.), and only displayed to Facebook users. We will not share your personal information such as name or mobile phone number with Facebook; we will only upload an email list encrypted through a hash algorithm (the original information cannot be reversed and restored after encryption). Facebook will match the encrypted list with its own user data to display advertisements to eligible users (e.g., Facebook users who have browsed this website) and generate "lookalike audiences" (potential users with similar interests to existing users) for advertising expansion. You can turn off personalized advertisements through Facebook's "Ad Preferences" or view and delete irrelevant advertising interest tags.
6.7 Other Tracking Technologies
In addition to cookies and web beacons, we may also use the following tracking technologies to collect "clickstream data" (i.e., your operation trajectory within the website) to optimize services and user experiences:
- Scope of Data Collection: Including the domain name of the Internet service provider for you (e.g., the name of your network service provider), device type (e.g., mobile phone, computer), IP address used to connect to the Internet (anonymized, only the first two segments are retained), browser type and version (e.g., Chrome 120.0), operating system and platform (e.g., Windows 11, iOS 17), average stay time on this website, access sequence of pages, search keywords, access time, and other statistical data;
- Technical Implementation Method: Recording operation behaviors (e.g., clicking buttons, scrolling pages) through JavaScript scripts, and assigning temporary unique identifiers to devices (only valid during the current browsing session and automatically invalidated after closing the browser). All data is anonymized and will not be associated with your personal identity information such as name or mobile phone number;
- Specific Technical Tools: Including JavaScript scripts embedded in the website (used to capture operation behaviors in real time) and server log records (used to store access sequence data). These tools are only used for internal service optimization and will not share raw data with third parties (unless required by law).
We promise that the use of such tracking technologies will always be for the purpose of "improving user experience" and will not be used for advertising push or data sales without your consent.
- Transmission of Personal Data to Third Parties
7.1 Transmission Only Within the Scope Permitted by Law
We will only transmit your personal data within the scope permitted by German or European laws, and will ensure that third parties have the ability to protect data before transmission. Current data transmission scenarios include: entrusting external service providers to process orders (e.g., UPS needs to obtain your delivery address when delivering orders) and carrying out joint activities with partners (e.g., sharing the names of users participating in the activity for gift distribution). All data transmissions adhere to the "principle of minimality"—only providing the minimum data required for third parties to perform their duties, and will restrict third parties through agreements, prohibiting them from using data for other purposes or forwarding data to other institutions.
If an external service provider is entrusted to process an order, the service provider can only access your data during the service period (e.g., UPS only holds your address before delivery is completed). After the service is completed, the service provider must delete or return all data and undergo our compliance audit; if data is shared with partners, you can view the data sharing description before participating in the activity and independently decide whether to provide information.
7.2 Technical Service Providers
To ensure the normal operation of the website and service optimization, we cooperate with the technical service provider SHOPLINE, which provides website construction, order management systems, and server storage services. Some of SHOPLINE's servers are located in China (outside the European Economic Area). We have signed "EU Standard Contractual Clauses" with SHOPLINE, clearly defining the scope of data transmission (only including order data and device anonymous data), purposes (only for technical support), and protection measures (e.g., encrypted data storage, access permission control) to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements for data transmission to non-EEA regions.
You can contact us to obtain a copy of the contract signed with SHOPLINE and understand the detailed terms of data transmission; if you have concerns about data transmission, you can apply to suspend the use of functions dependent on this service provider (e.g., order management), and we will provide alternative solutions (e.g., sending order information via email).
7.3 Payment Service Providers and Credit Reference Agencies
We cooperate with payment service providers such as PayPal and Visa. When you complete the payment, it is necessary to transmit necessary payment information (e.g., billing address, order amount) to the service provider for verifying the legality of the payment and processing transaction settlement. The data processing rules of payment service providers comply with their own privacy policies (e.g., Visa Privacy Policy: https://usa.visa.com/privacy-policy.html). We will supervise the service provider to strictly protect your payment data and prohibit its use for irrelevant credit evaluation or advertising push.
If you choose the "invoice payment" method, we may need to query your credit record from a credit reference agency (e.g., SCHUFA in Germany) to evaluate your payment ability. We will obtain your explicit consent before the query, and only use the query result for order risk assessment without storing the complete credit report. The relevant data will be deleted immediately after the assessment is completed.
7.4 Logistics Service Providers
We entrust the external logistics service provider UPS to deliver orders. To complete the delivery, it is necessary to provide your name, delivery address, and contact phone number to UPS (only used for communication during delivery, such as confirming the receiving time). UPS will process this data in accordance with its privacy policy (link: https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/privacy-policy.page), and only use it for order delivery without using it for UPS's own marketing or other businesses.
After the delivery is completed, UPS will delete your complete address information (only retaining the delivery area statistical data for optimizing logistics routes). We will also supervise UPS's data processing process to ensure compliance with EU data protection requirements. If you choose "pickup at a self-service point" (e.g., DHL self-service point), you need to provide the order number and ID card information to the self-service point (for identity verification). The self-service point will only temporarily store this information before you pick up the goods and destroy it immediately after pickup.
7.5 Competent Authorities and Other Third Parties
If required by laws, official institutions (e.g., data protection supervision authorities, tax authorities) or courts, we need to transmit your personal data to them (e.g., providing order records in cooperation with tax audits, providing data processing processes in cooperation with supervision investigations). Such transmissions will strictly comply with the requirements of legal documents, only provide necessary data, and record the transmission time, receiving institution, and purpose to ensure traceability.
Except for the above scenarios, we will not actively transmit your personal data to any third parties (including other enterprises, organizations, or individuals), nor will we use the data for profitable purposes such as sale or lease.
- Retention and Deletion of Personal Data
We will retain your personal data within the period required for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, adhering to the principle of "deletion after purpose achievement". The specific retention periods are as follows:
- Access data (e.g., IP address, browser information): Retained for 6 months, only used for troubleshooting system anomalies and preventing network security risks. After the expiration, it will be automatically anonymized (deleting information that can identify personal identity, only retaining statistical data);
- Account data (e.g., name, contact information): If you do not cancel your account, it will be retained until 30 days after you actively cancel the account (used for handling unfinished orders or after-sales issues during this period); after canceling the account, all data that can identify personal identity will be deleted immediately, and only the encrypted account ID will be retained (used for tracing account operation records, which cannot be associated with personal information);
- Order and payment data (e.g., shopping records, payment certificates): Retained for 10 years to meet tax audit and financial compliance requirements (the minimum retention period required by law). After 10 years, the complete order information will be deleted, and only the order number and transaction amount statistical data will be retained;
- Communication records (e.g., customer service conversations, complaint emails): Retained for 1 year after the communication matter is resolved, used for tracing the service process and preventing disputes. After the expiration, it will be automatically deleted.
If data cannot be deleted on time due to legal reasons (e.g., involving unresolved disputes, lawsuits), the relevant data will be "frozen"—only necessary fields will be retained, and access permissions will be restricted (only legal or compliance personnel can view it). The data will be deleted immediately after the dispute is resolved. If the data has been anonymized or pseudonymized (cannot be reversely associated with personal identity) and deletion will hinder scientific research, statistical analysis, or public interest protection, the deletion obligation may be exempted, but it will be ensured that the anonymized data will not be used to identify individuals.
- Protection Measures for Personal Data
We adopt "technical + organizational" dual measures to ensure the security of your personal data, including:
- Technical protection:
- Data encryption: All personal data (e.g., payment information, account passwords) is transmitted through SSL/TLS encryption and stored using the AES-256 encryption algorithm to prevent data from being stolen or tampered with;
- Access control: A hierarchical permission system is established, and only authorized personnel in necessary positions can access data (e.g., customer service can only view the order contact information, not the complete payment data). All access operations are recorded in logs to ensure traceability;
- Security monitoring: Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), firewalls, and malicious code protection tools are deployed to monitor abnormal server access in real time. Vulnerability scans are conducted regularly (at least once a month) to repair security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Organizational management:
- Personnel training: Regular data protection training is conducted for employees (at least once a quarter), and employees can only take up their posts after passing the assessment. The data protection responsibilities of employees are clearly defined, and confidentiality agreements are signed;
- Compliance audit: A third-party institution is entrusted to conduct data protection compliance audits every year to evaluate the legality of data processing processes, issue audit reports, and rectify problems;
- Emergency response: A data breach emergency response plan is formulated. If a data breach occurs (e.g., server attack, data leakage caused by employee misoperation), you and the data protection supervision authority will be notified within 72 hours, explaining the type of leaked data, the scope of impact, and remedial measures (e.g., password modification, account freezing), and corresponding responsibilities will be assumed.
If you find that your personal data is at security risk (e.g., abnormal account login, data abuse), you can contact us immediately. We will initiate emergency processing within 24 hours to help you protect data security.
- Your Rights
As the subject of personal data, you are legally entitled to the following rights, and we will provide free assistance for you to exercise these rights:
10.1 Right to Access
You have the right to inquire with us about the processing of your personal data, including but not limited to: the purpose, type, and source of data collection, the name and address of the third party to which the data is transmitted, and the data retention period. After you submit an inquiry request, we will respond within 15 working days. If the situation is complex and requires an extension, we will inform you in advance (the extension period will not exceed 15 working days).
10.2 Right to Rectification or Erasure
If you find that the personal data we store is incorrect (e.g., wrong name spelling, address change), you have the right to request us to rectify it; if the purpose of data processing has been achieved, the retention period has expired, or you withdraw your consent and object to data processing, you have the right to request us to delete the data. The rectification or deletion request will be processed within 10 working days, and the result will be fed back to you after processing.
10.3 Right to Restrict Processing
In the following circumstances, you have the right to request us to restrict data processing (only storage without use):
- You have raised an objection to the accuracy of the data and it is necessary to verify it;
- The data processing is illegal, but you do not agree to deletion and request to restrict use;
- We no longer need the data for processing purposes, but you need to retain the data for litigation or rights protection;
- You object to processing based on "legitimate interests" and it is necessary to evaluate it.
During the period of restricted processing, we will not use the data for other purposes except storing it. After the restricted situation is eliminated, we will resume processing or delete the data according to your request.
10.4 Right to Object to Processing
If we process your personal data based on "legitimate interests" (e.g., personalized recommendations, advertising push), you have the right to object at any time. We will immediately stop the relevant processing unless we can prove that there are more priority legitimate interests (e.g., protecting public security) or the processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or contractual obligations.
When you object to the use of your personal data for advertising or data analysis purposes, you can operate through the "Privacy Settings" on the website or contact us. After processing, we will no longer push advertisements based on your personal data, nor will we use your data for analysis and modeling.
10.5 Right to Data Portability
You have the right to request us to provide your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format (e.g., CSV, JSON) to you, or directly transmit it to other data controllers (e.g., when you switch shopping platforms, you request us to transmit the order data to the new platform). The data portability request will be processed within 20 working days to ensure that the data format is compatible and easy for you to use.
10.6 Right to Withdraw Consent
If you have previously agreed to our processing of your personal data (e.g., agreeing to use cookies, agreeing to receive promotional emails), you can withdraw your consent at any time. After withdrawal, we will immediately stop the relevant data processing, but this will not affect the legality of data processing based on the previous consent (e.g., the promotional emails that have been sent cannot be withdrawn, but we will stop sending them thereafter).
10.7 Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you have objections to our personal data processing behavior or believe that the processing violates data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervision authority (e.g., the data protection agency of an EU member state). The jurisdiction of the supervision authority is based on the location of the data controller, but you can submit a complaint to the supervision authority in your place of residence or work, which will forward the complaint to the competent authority and inform you of the processing progress.
When you exercise the above rights, you need to provide necessary identity verification materials (e.g., copy of ID card, mobile phone number registered with the account) to ensure the correct ownership of the rights and prevent others from exercising the rights in your name. If you entrust others to exercise the rights on your behalf, you need to provide your power of attorney and the identity certificate of the trustee.
- Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may need to be changed due to website function optimization, business adjustments, or updates to laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR revisions, changes to EU data protection laws). The revised Privacy Policy will be publicly displayed in a prominent position on the homepage of the website (retained for at least 30 days) and marked with the "update date", which you can view at any time.
If the changed content involves your core rights (e.g., expansion of the scope of data collection, extension of the retention period, data transmission to new third parties), we will notify you of the changed content via the email address or mobile phone number you provided when registering the account 7 days in advance. You can raise objections within the notification period; if you do not raise objections, it will be deemed that you agree to the revised Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, you can cancel your account, and we will process your personal data in accordance with the original Privacy Policy until the account is canceled.
It is recommended that you review this Privacy Policy regularly (e.g., once every 3 months) to keep abreast of changes to the data processing rules. If you have any questions, you can contact us for consultation at any time.
GOVERNING LAW- These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Spain.
